Payment/Cancellation Policy

Payment:

Deposits are due at the time you make a tour reservation. When your deposit is received we will send you an invoice and account statement. If you are registering through a Group Leader, ask the Group Leader about your payment

Final Payment:

Your final payment is due generally 45 days prior to departure. On some longer, more expensive tours, multiple payments may be made. Again, if you are registering through a group, please ask your Group Leader about final payment.

Method of Payment:

You may pay by cash or check. We also accept major credit cards.

Cancellation

Refunds:

Your deposit is fully refundable up to 45 days prior to departure. Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Cancellation penalties apply after 45 days.

For cancellations between 31 and 45 days prior to departure, you will receive a refund of all monies paid, except deposit. After 30 days prior to departure there is no refund. With optional insurance you can receive a full refund as outlined in your policy if cancelling for medical or personal emergency such as death your immediate family. Please see policy for complete details. We recommend and offer Travel Guard Insurance – one of the country’s leading provider of travel insurance.

Insurance:

Travel Insurance is available through Travel Guard. Policies are available which included cancellation/trip interruption. Also included is emergency medical and transportation. Please ask for complete information on policies available. NOTE: Insurance is recommended for international travel, including Canada and Mexico. Medicare and most private medical insurance is not honored outside the US. Check with your insurance carrier for details.

Passports:

Passports are now required for travel in Canada and Mexico. Please call our office if you need assistance obtaining your passport.
